I recently looked through my BookFunnel library, and wow! So many amazing titles. Maybe you’re on the lookout for new closed door romances to add to your TBR. Look no further! Here are some of my faves:
Spiced Chais and Secret Spies – I’m a big Meg Easton fan, and she writes really fun stories with espionage. What’s not to love? This is also part of the lovely Coffee Loft Fall collection – 14 stand-alone novellas all based around a Coffee Loft shop.
Emma Jane’s Guide to Matchmaking the Mayor – Drew Taylor does a great job of adapting Jane Austen’s classic in a modern, and political, setting. I loved this! It’s part of the brilliant Love on the Ballot series of stand-alone novellas.
While You Were Campaigning – Another one from Love on the Ballot. Fake relationship? Check!
Britta & the Beach Boy – Great fun but I warn you, there’s a heck of a twist in this one!
A Lady Most Untamed – Regency version of Grimm fairytales, this novella is part of the 8 book series.
Care for This Love– a navy romance. Yes! Loving the navy polka dot dress on the cover too.
Shooting Sunshine – a photographer goes on assignment to her Amish relations. A nuanced portrayal of Amish culture that I really enjoyed. Part of the Hearts on the Ridge series.
Call It a Night – friends to lovers done perfectly by Larissa Hommes. Also part of the fab Love At Night series.
Indigo Off the Grid – a joyful debut by Elise Haynes. Also part of a new series called Stars in the Desert.
Liam’s Proposal – this one’s sizzling, and it’s part of a great series by Melinda Morgan called An Unlikely Romance. You can read my interview with Melinda here.
The Designated Date – ah my heart! A Christian romance which deals with sin and redemption. I interviewed the author Drew Taylor all about it here. This book is part of the Designated series.
This Means War – another Christian romance dealing with sin and redemption, in a very different flavour from Drew Taylor, but a fabulous read with genuine laugh out loud comedy. Loved it! I interviewed the author Heather Miekstyn here.
Spies Don’t Fall for Their Rival – Enemies to lovers, absolute page turner. A fantastic series Romancing the Spy from Meg Easton mixing romance with espionage. Loved it!
The Best Friends’ Playlist – LOVED this one. Friends to lovers done so well. I interviewed the author Jessica King here.
Off Trail Love – a fun read from Taylor Epperson. Part of the Sunkissed Summer novella series. You can read my interview with Taylor here.
Wild About Emmy – set in the beautiful mountains of Alaska. You can read my interview with the author Sara Blackard here.
The Blooms That Broke Us – a beautiful, emotional second-chance romance where a couple rebuild their broken marriage. You can read my interview with the author Ashley Dill here.
Perhaps you’re making a wishlist for Christmas and you need some inspiration. I hope you check out some of my book recs and find a new series to enjoy!
