Looking for some book recs? Here’s what’s been on my Kindle or my bedside table recently.
A Lady Most Alluring – Grimm fairytale, adapted for a regency setting. Fun! This novella is part of the 8 book series.
Spiced Chais and Secret Spies – I’m a big Meg Easton fan, and she writes really fun stories with espionage. What’s not to love? This is also part of the lovely Coffee Loft Fall collection – 14 stand-alone novellas all based around a Coffee Loft shop.
Emma Jane’s Guide to Matchmaking the Mayor – Drew Taylor does a great job of adapting Jane Austen’s classic in a modern, and political, setting. I loved this! It’s part of the brilliant Love on the Ballot series of stand-alone novellas.
If Kisses were Snowflakes – I love Grace Croy’s writing, and this story was beautiful. I’d already met Tori as a side character in Her Counterfeit Christmas, so it was wonderful to see her take centre stage in this novella and get the happy ending she deserved. This book is part of the lovely Mistletoe Kisses series of 38 novellas, so take a look if you’re hungry for more Christmassy reads.
We Redeemed the Rain – an emotional read from Ashley Dill, out 19th November.
Lead Like the Real You – a Christian woman’s guide to leadership from the lovely Amy Orr-Ewing.
Choosing Love – a Christian book for mums to read with their daughters about how to approach love and relationships.
While You Were Campaigning – Another one from Love on the Ballot. Fake relationship? Check!
Dream Fighter – Christian second-chance romance with a female MMA.
So many good reads! What are you going to read next?
