Launch week thanks

Wow, it’s been a fabulous launch week for Bell Time and I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported this story.

Firstly, my family have been amazing, and VERY patient with me. I don’t think I could have done this without my husband Andy, because he saved the day on a number of occasions (print margins, formatting, cover design, logos… Some might say it’s handy having a graphic designer in the house!). Alongside reminding me that for everything that hasn’t gone smoothly, it’s all a learning curve and it will be so much easier next time.

Megan, my daughter, has basically been my social media manager and has helped me to produce videos and images, and offered a lot of helpful advice. Thanks Megs!

They have all been super patient while I’ve been a bit “obsessed”.

In my wider family, friends and colleagues, I’ve had so many lovely messages of support. It’s boosted my confidence so much. Thank you all!!

One of the loveliest things about launching Bell Time has been getting to know new friends! I’ve had a fantastic team of ARC readers and I just want to mention the brilliant Bookstagrammers who’ve created posts, reviews, images and aesthetics and have absolutely thrilled my heart:

Daria on Instagram “A sweet romcom with witty banter, feisty MFC – Jen and dreamy MMC – Michael. 🤩”

Randi on Instagram and blogger “If you’re looking for a good workplace or teacher romance, Bell Time is a really fun choice!” and “The author is a teacher herself, which I think shines through in this story. There is definitely a sense of not just knowledge about the profession, but also a passion for it too, which made the story that much more genuine and enjoyable. I’ve only read a handful of teacher romances, but I enjoyed this little behind-the-scenes look at the politics of it all.”

Coco on Instagram “Jen found her voice for the sake of her and her student’s well-being by the end”

The Introvert’s Booknook on Instagram “I absolutely adored this book, it is a beautiful, romantic and hilarious read and I was hooked right from the start.”

Acrylic Reads on Instagram “their cute wholesome ‘dates’ were everything for me😭🥺. And of course, the banter>>>>✨✨💕I recommend this book in case you’re looking for a cute workplace romance that’s a light wholesome read😌💝”

Millie on Instagram “As a teacher I’m a sucker for a romance set in a school setting. Make that a failing school with underprivileged children and I’m hooked.”

Tanya on Instagram and blogger “Bell Time follows the story of Jen and Michael, their witty banters as enemies to beautiful moments as lovers. The plot is simple yet hilarious and entertaining. It explores workplace harassment, romantic relationships, inner conflicts, and chauvinism.”

Thanks to Anna Mainwaring for helping me with final edits, giving me a lovely endorsement, and tweeting about Bell Time too!

So many others I could mention and if I’ve missed anyone I’m sorry!! But thank you all so much. Words feel inadequate!
